Mark Kroeker

Mark is Founder and Board Chairman of the World Children’s Transplant Fund. He is currently, Senior Partner of Kroeker Partners LLC., a company that offers a wide range of global and domestic services including justice, crisis management, rule of law and security sector development. Mark served for 32 years in the Los Angeles Police Department where he rose to the rank of Deputy Chief of Police, he later served as Deputy Police Commissioner of the UN’s Mission in Bosnia, Portland Oregon’s Police Chief, Police Commissioner for the UN Mission in Liberia, UN Senior Police Advisor, Walt Disney Company’s Vice President for Global Intelligence, Senior Vice President for Justice and Rule of Law at PAE and assistant Secretary General in the United Nations Mission in Liberia. He has served on numerous international committees such as the American Israeli-Palestinian Anti Incitement Committee. He holds a BS degree from California State University at Los Angeles and a MS in International Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
