Kathleen Sheehan

Kathleen is a Strategic Director for International Business opportunities.  She is a former Chief of Police of Port Hueneme, California and Bishop, California.  She previously served 25 years with the Los Angeles Police Department in Patrol, Vice, Gang and Narcotic Investigations.  She is an author of the West Point Leadership Program for Law Enforcement.

Kathleen has worked for the United States Department of Justice and for US Government contractors to train police officers in the United States, the former Soviet Union, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
