N.J. Family Struck By Transplant Tragedy (WCBS-TV New York)
Here's yet another example of a gift of life that took a tragic turn. Instead of getting healthy lungs during a transplant, Tony Grier was given the lungs of a lifelong smoker and died just six months after the surgery. His family is now suing and spoke Friday with CBS 2 HD. Emma Grier says an autopsy showed the lungs her son received were cancerous.
